Tuscan Retreat
The Alpine Villa lodge is a newly
constructed executive retreat and chalet in Breckenridge, Colorado.
It is ideally suited for off-site
gatherings where guests can relax in private and enjoy a variety of
recreational activities not available in hotel venues typically
used for corporate meetings.
The rental lodging accommodations
include many resort type amenities to facilitate on-site
recreation, entertaining and leisure. It is an ideal venue for
corporate off-sites, church retreats, youth groups, group
vacations, family reunions, wedding party accommodations and
other special occasions.
The
Alpine Villa is located in Breckenridge, Colorado near the 27
hole championship Jack Nicklaus golf course. In the heart
of Summit County - "Colorado's Playground", it is minutes from
Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain ski
areas. It is adjacent to the national forest with a vast
trail system for summer and winter recreation. Hiking, mountain
biking, 4-wheeling, motorcycling and fishing are all summer
activities available directly from the Alpine Villa. Snow
shoeing, cross county skiing, tubing and snowmobiling are all
winter activities available directly from the Alpine Villa
lodging facility.
The Alpine Villa features a stunning Tuscan design that includes
natural stone, distressed
wood beams, Italian tile, granite, vaulted ceilings and arched
openings throughout. It has a fully
audio/video enabled private meeting room, high-speed Internet access,
dining hall, great room, fitness health center, racquetball court gymnasium, billiards
room, elevator, Roman bath hot tub, steam room, home theatre, 35’ tall
natural rock climbing wall and many other exclusive amenities.
For overnight lodging accommodations, it includes eight
bedroom suites, two bunk bed rooms, two lofts and other rooms
adding to a total sleeping capacity of 28 beds.

Breckenridge, Colorado
Breckenridge, a Victorian mining town established in 1862, is the oldest, continually
occupied community on Colorado's western slope. The mining town
includes one of Colorado's largest national historic districts, with 254
registered buildings. Today Breckenridge is more than a quaint mining
town from the past with exceptional skiing. It's a year-round resort

Winter -
Breckenridge is the only ski area in Colorado encompassing four
interconnected mountains. With its vast snow making

27 hole Jack Nicklaus designed public course in Breckenridge only
two minutes away from the Alpine Villa. In addition to golf, enjoy
